BIOGRAPHY

Brielle Yang is a theatrical designer, specializing in costume design. Originally from Madera, CA. She is currently based in Milwaukee, WI, as a part of the Emerging Professional Residency Program at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. 

Her career started in 2022, through working in local community theatres in the Central Valley though costume design. Ms. Yang was inspired by her love of fantasy and period films growing up as a child. 

Ms. Yang graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Degree, in Theatre Arts - Design/Technology at California State University, Fresno. She has worked at accredited companies in and throughout the US. Including: Central City Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera, Florida Repertory Theatre, and Milwaukee Repertory Theatre.

Ms. Yang is a passionate and driven artist who presents her love and appreciation for the fine arts to the public. By empowering her storytelling artistry through costumes and clothing, Ms. Yang is committed to learning from new people and having new experiences. She wishes to set an example that anyone can do anything in the arts no matter what social or economical background you are in. She hopes to become a part of the change for the entertainment industry, and move towards a more inclusive and diverse environment for all individuals.
